The annual egg hunt is returning to bring an egg-cellent Easter for children at Milton Keynes Museum.
To take part in the egg hunt head over between April 15-18
The search for hidden eggs is on leading the way to yummy chocolate rewards for young children this Easter!
It is a cracking way to celebrate the festive period – and the egg hunt ensures everyone wins something. And if you find the exceedingly rare red eggs, you’ll get a bumper amount of chocolate treats, so keep your eyes peeled!
Look around the Museum, inside and out side in the grounds. Fingers crossed you’ll find where those egg hiders have dotted the eggs. You’ll be sure to have a fantastic time, enjoying a great tour of the history hub along the way.
The Museum is also invites you to get stuck into some Easter themed craft activities.
It’s traditional family fun suitable for little chicks and older bunnies alike. The four day event is also choc-full of non-sweetie goodness, with plenty of hands-on interaction getting you closer to the past.
Take a walk along the Street of Shops and see how people used to buy their groceries, and then go back to school for some Victorian style learning.
Long before smart phones and selfies, people used to amuse themselves with far simpler items. Don’t leave without trying the puff billiards, the pianola and various parlour games from a bygone age.
From a precarious penny-farthing to a comfortable canal boat, the Transport Hall has it all – including the tram that would carry workers from Stony Stratford to Wolverton every day.
Experience public punishment in the stocks, learn the story of human communication in The Connected Earth gallery and much more.
Fill up at the Granary
